Propolyx is a generative knowledge platform for enterprise bid and proposal teams. We were founded in early 2025 in Enugu, Nigeria, by two engineers who watched bid teams lose contracts to whoever wrote faster — and decided that was a fixable problem.
Mission
Make enterprise procurement a fair fight.
Bid teams at large enterprises and government contractors run on scar tissue. Months of work compressed into days. Boilerplate buried in SharePoint. Subject-matter experts paged out of strategic work to answer the same 47 RFP questions for the seventh time this quarter.
Propolyx exists because we believe enterprise procurement is too consequential — for contractors, for governments, for the people those contracts serve — to be run on copy-paste. Our job is to give bid teams the time, the citation discipline, and the win-pattern evidence to compete on substance instead of speed.
Where we're from
Enugu, Nigeria.
Enugu State is the historical industrial heart of southeastern Nigeria and home to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. It is a place with a deep tradition of meticulous, formal craftsmanship — and a deep skepticism of unverified claims.
Both founders were raised in Enugu. The values of that place — rigor, citation, doing the work properly — sit at the centre of how Propolyx is built. Our team is distributed today, but the engineering culture remains Igbo at its core.
What we believe

Citation is a feature, not a footnote.
Every claim in a Propolyx response carries an inline reference to its source document, section, and version. If we cannot trace it, we do not write it.

Precision before speed.
We chase precision relentlessly and let speed follow. A wrong answer delivered in two minutes is still a wrong answer.

Build for the SME, not the demo.
Our product is judged by the subject-matter expert on the customer's side. If the SME flinches at our output, we have not done our job.

Tenant boundaries are sacred.
Customer-managed KMS, scoped IAM, and prefix-isolated storage are non-negotiable defaults — not enterprise upsells.
