Changelog

What shipped, when, and why.

A running log of meaningful changes to Propolyx. We do not list every dependency bump — only changes that affect customers.

  1. v0.9.0

    May 12, 2026

    Feature

    DOCX + PDF proposal export

Export the full proposal — cover page, executive summary, compliance matrix, per-requirement responses, and citation appendix — to Word and PDF. Word fonts default to Calibri; PDF uses Propolyx palette with saffron headings.

  2. v0.8.4

    May 3, 2026

    Improvement

    AppSync subscription auto-reconnect

RFP detail page now re-subscribes automatically on transient WebSocket disconnects. No more refresh-to-see-the-latest-step during long pipeline runs.

  3. v0.8.0

    Apr 22, 2026

    Feature

    Compliance matrix dashboard

New /[rfpId]/compliance route with a sortable grid, status filters, confidence range slider, Recharts confidence distribution, and a risk-flags panel.

  4. v0.7.2

    Apr 10, 2026

    Security

    Customer-managed KMS for all tenants

Customer-managed KMS keys are now the default for all new tenant provisions, including Starter. Existing tenants migrated transparently over the last two weeks.

  5. v0.7.0

    Mar 28, 2026

    Feature

Q Business ISV Data Accessor integration

Customers already running Amazon Q Business can plug Propolyx in as an ISV Data Accessor — no re-indexing required.

  6. v0.6.5

    Mar 14, 2026

    Improvement

    Bedrock throttling backoff

Bedrock InvokeModel calls now retry with exponential backoff (2s, 4s, 8s) on ThrottlingException, ServiceUnavailableException, and ModelTimeoutException.

  7. v0.6.0

    Mar 1, 2026

    Feature

    Multi-agent pipeline GA

    ExtractRFP → ParseCompliance → DecomposeQueries → RetrieveContent → GenerateResponses → CriticValidation → WinPatternScore → AssembleOutput → NotifyUser. Average end-to-end runtime: 3-8 minutes.

  8. v0.5.3

    Feb 15, 2026

    Fix

    Citation deduplication

Fixed a bug where the same source document appeared multiple times in the citation appendix when multiple sub-queries hit the same page. Citations are now deduplicated by document ID + version.
