Propolyx is in closed alpha with three design-partner bid teams across federal IT, cybersecurity, and healthcare consulting. We're being deliberate about expansion — every alpha customer has shaped how the product is built. Names withheld at their request.
We will not pretend to be bigger than we are.
Propolyx is a 1-year-old company built by two engineers in Enugu, Nigeria. We have three design partners and an early-access waitlist opening through 2026. If you need a vendor with thousands of live customers today, we are not yet that vendor — and we will tell you so. If you want to help shape the product, we would love to hear from you.

A US-based federal systems integrator joined as our first design partner in late 2025. They use Propolyx to draft the compliance matrix and first-pass responses for FedRAMP and DOD CIO RFPs. Their proposal lead reviews and finalises every response — Propolyx is the drafting layer, not the submission layer.
